Cancer Thriver's Project

Honouring  Resilience.  Sharing Stories. Creating Connection.

Your heart behind the project

In 2019, I lost my dad to a rare cancer- and it changed my world. Since then, I've been using my camera to honour others on their journey. Through free portrait and video sessions for Cancer Thrivers, I aim to capture courage, resilience, and hope. This project is about creating space to be seen, heard, amd celebrated.

What's included

- A free, personalized Portrait session.
-Optional short video interview ( you can share your story or simply be present)
-A small care package
- A keepsake Video shared with you and the Saskatchewan Cancer Society.

Watch stories of courage

Every  image Tells a Story of Strength

I had the honour of capturing some truly incredible moments during my Cancer Thrivers event over the years. These photos are more than just portraits, they're living reminders of resilience, courage, healing, and hope. This event I do each year if I can in honour of my dad, who I lost to cancer in 2019. It's my way of giving back, and celebrating the strength om other's, and creatimg space where people that feel seen and supported. To every Thriver who has stepped in front of my lense: Thank you your story matters. Your light shines bright. And tp everyone who donated gifts, time, or services, you helped make this experience feel even more special;. Let's continue to honour the fighters, the survivors, and the memories. Let's keep telling stories that matter.
